To Use the Built-In Preamp on the SongBook or SongBook MAX:
1. Turn on the device
2. Plug a ¼ inch cable going from the device you need to amplify into the auxiliary input on the front of the SongBook or SongBook MAX.
3. Make sure the toggle to the right of the auxiliary input is set to AUX
4. Turn your Source knob to AUX
5. Play your guitar and enjoy the sound!
